Last updated: August 14, 2026. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver your eSIMs, we never see your card number, and we don't sell your data to anyone.
When you buy, we collect your email address and order details (which Port Pass, how many travelers, what you paid). When someone claims a pass from a group link, we collect the email they enter so we can deliver their QR code. If you join the waitlist, we keep that email to send you the launch note you asked for. That's the list — no accounts, no passwords, no profiles.
Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-certified payment processor. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us — we only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, along with the email you gave at checkout.
Only what's needed to run the service: Stripe processes payments, our licensed carrier partner provisions the eSIM profiles, and Cloudflare hosts the site and sends our order emails. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
The site uses Google's advertising tag so that if you arrived from one of our ads, the ad platform can tell the click led to a sale. It sets cookies for that attribution. We don't run any other trackers, and your currency choice lives only in your browser.
We send transactional email only: your order confirmation, your eSIM QR codes, and your group's claim link. No newsletters, no marketing blasts — the only exception is the single launch email you get if you explicitly joined the waitlist.
We keep order records for as long as needed for refunds, support and tax obligations. Want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted? Email support@geteveryport.com and we'll sort it out — no forms, same as our refunds.
EveryPort is operated from Canada and handles personal information in line with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA). If we ever change this policy materially, the date at the top changes and the current version always lives at this address.
